• Enter, “ForexFunds LLC”, where it asks, “Please provide name of Authorized Trader:”
• Enter, “Yes”, where it asks, “Were you referred to GAIN Capital by an Introducing Broker?*”
• Enter, “MVIB LLC”, where it asks, “By whom?”

Since this account will be managed by a third party (ForexFunds LLC), you will be required to submit a Limited Power of Attorney (POA). Use the following link to produce the document with the pertinent information filled in rather than using the generic POA sent to you by Gain Capital.
